The Bird & I is a CFA Cattery of Excellence persian and exotic cats cattery. We specialise in chinchilla/shaded silvers and goldens though we do have occasional silver tabbies, brown tabbies, solids and whites.

Our cats come with a full health guarrantee are well socialised. Babies are born in a nursery and when they are old enough to leave their moms, they are moved into their own accomodations. Kittens are housed in a little room with plenty of toys, cat trees and condos. They also join the family in our family room to watch television in the evenings.

Our queens are given free run in a cattery room next to our family room. They join us on invitation basis in our family room. Our studs are housed in walk in quarters but they also have time out with us for those who do not mark. We have been blessed to have mainly studs who do not spray and who get along with each other. For the studs who do not get on or who does mark, they spend time out during the day on our deck. We are a small cattery and we believe in keeping our nos small to better care for our cats.
