Why do you need a pet sitter? Some pets do very well at kennels, but others have a harder time. For this family pet, having someone come into their environment and doing things like their “mom & dad” works best. That is where the pet sitter comes in. You also have someone at your home, that can make the home look lived-in while you are away.

In August of 2005, God put it in my heart to start Essential Pet Care Company with my husband, Robert. The business has given us the opportunity to have a business that reflects the Kingdom of God and to do something that we are passionate about. At the present time there are only two pet sitters/dog walkers - Robert and Jessica Meinhofer. We are also the owners, the receptionists, the webmasters, marketing department, and in charge of anything else that needs to be done! We have 10 years experience with small animals, birds, and horses. One day we’d like to offer more services and care for exotics!
