Cat's Paradise Spa and Boarding Retreat boasts 800 square feet of kitty paradise located just 10 minutes west of Kanata!! For those felines who require the special touch, Cat's Paradise Spa and Boarding Retreat opened November '05 for reservations. This is where cat-lovers can truly pamper their pet with: beautiful clean rooms, an outdoor cedar terrace, a panoramic view of horses and country, tender loving care, a cozy fireplace, natural foods, natural litter, theme rooms, and to make your cat's spa day complete: cat massage therapy, reiki and Bowen treatments! What more could a kitty ask for?

Each cat has a HUGE area, the smallest units have a minimum 3 by 4 by 5 feet interior space with an additional 3 by 4 by 6 feet exterior space - a total of 3 feet by 8 feet, all with their very own cedar play pen. And these are the single cat rooms! Penthouse rooms are also available. Many of the rooms are double those sizes, one side for their cat-parlor area, the adjoining side housing their litter and scratch posts. Each and every room has a cat door designed to control access to the outdoor terrace and provide natural light. To make the spa even more inviting are all the windows, eleven in total, including a huge picture window on the back wall. Most of the windows are inside the cat rooms so that the cats can lay back and enjoy the view.

There are even theme rooms for the vacationing kitty to create that unique vacationing experience. For example, the jungle room, the Sahara desert room, the rain forests, and the Arctic tundra. The idea is that the cats will have their own vacation allowing their owners enjoy their vacation without worry. Just think.... "While you go off on your adventure, let your little tigers roam free in the jungle for an adventure of their own!!"
