Our Turkish Vans are bred in all allowable colors within the breed standard for CFA. Our colors are: red, cream, black, blue, tortoiseshell, dilute tortoiseshell, brown tabby, and brown patched tabby, all van-patterned on a glistening chalk-white body. The eye colors are amber, blue, or odd, one blue eye, one amber eye. Our LaPerms can come in any color, but we do specialize in the pointed colors, reds, and bi-colors. |
All of our Turkish Vans come from Grand Champion, Regional Winner, National Breed Winner, and Distinquished Merit lines, as well as Turkish import lines. We also have imported cats from England, Germany, Finland, Holland, and Australia. We have maintained diverse pedigrees in order to minimize inbreeding and health risks associated with it. Our LaPerms are currently being outcrossed in accordance with the CFA Breed Standard to maximize our gene pool within the breed. |
