Working too improve the quality of life for the animals in Hong Kong. The programmes have had a marked effect on the lives of many. LAP is a network of volunteers committed to helping the animals, all donations are used directly to help the animals, we do not have overheads like rent, uniforms or staff wages.

Our principle aims are promoting spay and neuter to reduce the population so every animal is in a good home, neutering the feral cat population, rescuing abandoned neglected and abused animals and rehabilitating, socializing and ultimately placing them in good lifelong homes. We rescue very many kittens and cats. They are vaccinated and neutered and made ready for their new homes.
