The SureFlap microchip cat flap learns your cat’s unique microchip number, to provide secure access for your pet and keep strays, neighbors’ pets and other unwanted wildlife out of your home. There’s no need to worry about what microchip type your cat has, as SureFlap is the first cat flap to recognize all microchip types commonly used in cats (except those with codes beginning 000..., 010... and 020...). SureFlap can store up to 32 microchip numbers in its memory, enough for most households!

SureFlap is easy to fit and slots into the hole created for most previous cat doors. It is low power and runs on four AA batteries, which last 6-12 months with normal use. A low battery indicator light lets you know when it's time to change the batteries.
